Address Beach Resort is an iconic twin-tower development designed by Killa Design and developed by Emaar Properties. Rising 310 metres above Jumeirah Beach Walk, the two 77-storey towers are connected at the podium level and by a dramatic skybridge spanning from levels 63 to 77, creating a sculptural gateway that defines the skyline of Dubai Marina and Bluewaters Island.
The project comprises a 183-key, five-star hotel operated under the Address Hotels & Resorts brand, alongside 443 hotel serviced apartments and 478 private residences. Its design blends contemporary minimalism with fluid structural geometry, optimising sea views and natural light throughout. Interiors feature refined finishes and a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, evoking the ambiance of a modern beachfront retreat.
Completed in 2020, the resort offers signature restaurants and lounges, a luxury spa and fitness centre, a rooftop bar, and an infinity pool with uninterrupted views across the Arabian Gulf.
