Bulgari Hotel & Residences Dubai is a high-end mixed-use development by Meraas Holding, located on the seahorse-shaped Jumeirah Bay Island. Designed by ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel), the architecture fuses Mediterranean elegance with contemporary coastal design. The façades feature coral-inspired screens and natural stone finishes, while the masterplan optimises sea views, marina frontage, and a sense of privacy across each residence.
The development comprises a five-star Bulgari Hotel with 101 keys, 250 branded apartments, 20 luxury four- and six-bedroom villas, and a dedicated Yacht Club and Marina. The property also features six restaurants and bars, along with the 1,700 sqm Bulgari Spa, complemented by a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
