One&Only Reethi Rah Resort is a five-star ultra-luxury beachfront retreat designed by Denniston International Architects and developed by Kerzner International. Set on one of the largest private islands in the North Malé Atoll, the resort spans approximately 109 acres with six kilometres of white-sand coastline, conceived around the guiding principles of luxury, space, and privacy.
The property comprises 130 guest villas and suites, including beach villas nestled within lush gardens, over-water villas poised above the lagoon, and multi-bedroom Grand Residences. All structures were constructed from timber with thatched roofs, and features expansive private decks and open-air living spaces. Guests have access to the One&Only Spa and wellness pavilion, a dive centre, and can choose from 4 restaurants and bars.
